1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship to:
- United States: All 50 states
- International: At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team prepares and securely packages your items.
U.S. Orders
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or during U.S. postal holidays are processed the next business day.
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
3. Estimated Delivery Times
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure deliveries:

Carriers may vary depending on package size, destination, and efficiency.
5. Shipping Fees
- United States: Flat rate $6.99 per order
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe or shows as “delivered” but was not received, please contact us immediately:
- Delayed more than 10 business days after processing
- Marked “delivered” but missing
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
