Return & Exchange Policy – Topslimmer

We want you to feel great about shopping with us at Topslimmer. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll make returning or exchanging it as easy as possible.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@topslimmer.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your reason for return
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please attach photos or a short video to help us review your case quickly.
We usually confirm returns within 72 hours.
Shipping Fees
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to help with exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Wrong-size items (based on your original order)
For other changes (such as choosing a different style or color), please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Tips for a Smooth Return
- Repack your item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
- Send your return as soon as possible after approval so we can handle it quickly.
- If your package arrived damaged or missing items, contact us right away — the sooner we know, the faster we can help.
